Weekly Somatic Movement Classes direct to your home via Zoom
These weekly classes are for anyone who wants to
• Learn how to move more freely and with awareness.
• Learn how tension habits cause you discomfort and how to resolve
them through movement.
• Release muscle tension without use of equipment.
• Learn a new skill to help you to keep moving well that can be
done anytime, anywhere.
Thursday from 10am - 11am Weekly, Term Time
Thursday from 6pm - 7pm Weekly, Term Time
Online via Zoom
All you need is a quiet space with enough room to extend your arms out to your sides and above your head whilst lying on the floor.
