What is The Melt Method

The Melt Method® is a simple self help technique that will reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress that leads to chronic pain. Tension and stress in the tissue arises due to repetitive activities through daily living. This can lead to dehydration in the cells and tissues which can result in chronic pain and other pre pain symptoms. This cellular dehydration can be called ‘stuck stress’.

The Melt Method uses simple techniques on the hands and feet which will help to re-hydrate the connective tissue and rebalance the nervous system. The techniques can be performed in a sitting or standing position so the great news is that anyone at any age can learn this method.
